-If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.

  • An incorrect item sent by Anjah Braids

  • A confirmed manufacturing defect

-Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Custom Orders

-All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable.

-Production times for custom orders may vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

-Anjah Braids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

-If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
