Shipping Policy

-All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

-Shipping times vary depending on location and carrier. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control.

-Anjah Braids is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, incorrect shipping addresses, or unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

-Please ensure that all order details, including shipping address and product selections, are correct before completing your purchase.

-Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or canceled.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

-Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all sales are final.

-We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been shipped.

-If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you.

Refund Policy

-Refunds are only issued in the event of:

  • An incorrect item sent by Anjah Braids

  • A confirmed manufacturing defect

-Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Custom Orders

-All custom or made-to-order items are final sale and non-refundable.

-Production times for custom orders may vary and will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

-Anjah Braids is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has been marked as delivered by the carrier.

-If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
